In these uncertain times, how you treat your employees will truly matter
As Leaders, we should STOP the sanctimonious BS now and act NOW!
We need to care for our wards- be it the employees or the community at large!
We need to act now to protect the lives of our intended or unintended wards (people under our care).
Everyone agrees and knows that increasing economic value might be our only raison d’etere as a company.(reason for existence).
However, In times of extreme crisis like this, we should shift gears and recognize that every life is sacrosanct!

If our employees can work from home, let them! We shouldn’t put on a Stalinist control freak mindset on. This is not the time to do it.
We need to help to disrupt the spread of this vicious cycle of infection. We should not accentuate it through our selfish, incompetent, ignorant and greedy reasons.
If we can assure them, and give our employees peace of mind, we should do it. When humans are worried and under high stress, their immunity is lowered.
“Health is wealth” is NOT a passé . Our loyalty and care for our employees matter. Our customers will come to know how we treated our employees. It would be so damning for us if our competition was kinder to its employees.
